When the hell did I move to Fargo?!

It was 18 degrees below zero when I woke up this morning. I'm not kidding...it broke the previous Cold as all Fuck Record of -16 degrees set in 1996. So glad I could be here for this momentous occassion.

As of yesterday, it has snowed at least once every week for the past seven weeks. Some weeks we really hit the snow lottery and got three days of snow in a week. There are literally mountains of plowed snow in the parking lot that are over 10 feet tall. I can see the real Rockies from my office, thank you very much, no need for the 'miniature' version in the parking lots. I've heard that the longest time period that Denver had visible snow on the ground is 62 days...right now, we're on day 48 or some shit. I swear, we're going to have a White July 4th if this keeps up.

Old Man Winter can bite me.

I can understand how you feel. I have the exact same reaction, only on the opposite end of the scale. Perhaps we should swap locations? I know Liz would love that.

I really can't complain today, it's in the mid 50's. And should be for most of the week, until...wait for it...Friday when it is supposed to snow. Crazy assed weather!

it would hard to be a weather girl in denver: 20 below today, mid 50s tomorrow, blizzard on friday. it's much easier in minnesota: cold, cold, really f-ing cold.

Congrats on your big super bowl "win"!! I myself won $25 in the house pool, and let me tell ya you were missed :) It was fun to get your text, six cell phones chiming at one time ( can you imagine the bewildered look on all of our faces or just imagine if you would the glassy eyed faces of those who had been frequenting the "BASEMENT")it was absolutely classic! Sorry you live a beautiful winter wonderland that is turning into a winter wonderhell, at least your getting a weekly "dusting" to cover up all the ugly slushy brown snow! I was in Sioux Falls last weekend and it was -13 and a wind chill of -35, and what does Suzie want to do...go shopping... at Sams, I mean hello Ray, Hate freezing cold weather and doubly hate giving money to you know who. Anyway, I love you and Miss you!

Heatherby!!!! Hi honey! I must admit, the big win felt pretty good...and yes, I can just imagine the perplexed looks on most of the faces of the basement dwellers.

Yikes! -35 wind chill and WalMart? That's my definition of hell!!

I miss you too. When are you girls coming for a visit?! I swear the snow will be gone soon!!
